JOB SUMMARY:
Experienced and strategic HR Director sought to lead our HR department. You will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with our company's goals. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and compliance. Strong HR leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills required. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 10+ years of progressive HR management experience preferred. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This role is responsible for developing HR processes: implementing efficient systems, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, enhancing policies and procedures, optimizing ongoing employee programs and overseeing compensation and benefits administration.
- Manage and optimize HR information systems (HRIS) with Dayforce/Ceridian and other technology platforms
- Oversee and develop all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and offboarding
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices
- Regularly review and update policies as needed
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations
- Ensure the company's HR practices are compliant
- Support regulatory compliance filings or audits as needed: Multiple Worksite Reporting, EEO-1, CA Pay Data, SOC II, and HR/Payroll audits
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Utilize HRIS systems for efficient data management
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports
- Coordinate required trainings, including harassment prevention, data protection and compliance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with increasing responsibility
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and compliance requirements
- Previous experience with HRIS systems
