Onsite Project Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
The Site Project Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager to resolve operational issues and improve inefficiencies. Additionally, they will prepare various reports for leadership to monitor and enhance performance.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage site project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure materials are received from proper vendors, delivered to inventory, and available to meet project schedules.
• Ensure the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.
• Monitor and assist team members to maintain workflow and achieve targeted operational and financial results.
• Implement practices to ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
• Resolve routine operational issues and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Develop and implement improved procedures and practices to accomplish department objectives.
• Provide work direction and problem-solving while setting deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitor and analyze costs, prepare budgets, and ensure building performance is within budget and
expense plans.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and maintain strategic initiatives.
• Monitor industry advances and labor planning concerns in collaboration with leaders across the network.
• Foster a work environment that promotes creativity, productivity, collaboration, and accountability.
• Provide leadership and support for ongoing training initiatives for management and employees.
• Perform quality control and project completion review tasks.
• Perform and coordinate all communication with the client.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and
driving performance improvements.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to ensure efficient operations.
• Familiarity with operational policies, procedures, safety rules, and government regulations applicable to
site projects.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships with staff
members and associates.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years management experience required
• Prior Management and/or Project experience required
