Oxford Garden is a commercial outdoor furniture design company headquartered in Simpsonville, KY. Founded in 1996 and family owned, we specialize in the design, sales, distribution, and support of our premium outdoor furniture in commercial and hospitality markets.
An Oxford Garden Inside Sales Specialist is a thoughtful, collaborative, and confident sales professional. They listen first to understand client needs and assist with a consultative sales approach. Excellent communication skills and an attention to detail are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder that enjoys communicating in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects, and engaging with clients throughout the day.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Generate new opportunities
- Deliver presentations persuading customers to buy
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Resolve customer challenges
- Create and manage customer relationships
- Create and manage estimates through the sales process
- Follow up on outbound targeted marketing campaigns
- Respond with meaningful sales conversations from customer inquiries (phone and email)
- Support outside reps with estimates, product, and shipping information
- Travel to regional customers and trade shows
- Additional sales duties
Specifications
Required
- Ability to learn new software (Netsuite)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
Preferred
- Longer sales cycle experience
- Hospitality/Design sales experience
- Previous experience in furniture or outdoor living industries
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
