Commercial Sales Associate
CertaPro Painters of NE Wisconsin are looking for an energetic, outgoing and results driven sales professional to serve our local area as a Commercial Sales Associate. Our Commercial Sales Consultants identify, develop, maintain and close influential decision makers within the hospitality industry. We are seeking an individual who places an emphasis on building lasting relationships, with the ability to navigate and orchestrate a complex sales process.
CertaPro Painters is a leader in the residential and commercial painting industry. We are a national organization of professional painting contractors specializing in beautifying homes and buildings; interiors, exteriors, commercial, offices and condominiums.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate client relationships through regular phone calls and visits
- Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Create estimate in response to RFPs
- Design contracts aligning with client expectation
- Serve as a liaison between the client and project team
- Finalize sales, involving relevant colleagues when necessary
- Verify that project estimates accurately reflect the required information, products, and quantities, and include any requested changes from the customer
- Create and deliver job schedules, budgets, and materials lists to the appropriate team members and clients
- Engage in industry events and trade-shows
- Utilize networking opportunities to expand and strengthen professional connections and foster potential business relationships and opportunities

Requirements:
- 5 years B2B, commercial sales experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal/written skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills
- Goal oriented
- Track-Record as a Top Performer
