As a General Technician at Louisville Mega Cavern, you’ll gain valuable experience while assisting in the maintenance, repair, and operation of a wide variety of systems. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.

- Troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.

- Support senior technicians with complex tasks and learn industry standards and best practices.

- Participate in safety training and follow safety protocols during all tasks.

- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

- Follow company procedures, including timekeeping and reporting.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (training provided).

- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

- Attention to detail and strong commitment to safety.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

- Reliable transportation to job sites.

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or a technical field is a plus but not required.
