In this dynamic, travel role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth technology rollouts at client sites across the country.

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support the rollout of restaurant technology platforms across the country. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground partner helping clients bring their menu visions to life using powerful POS and kitchen video systems.
This is a blended role based out of our Louisville warehouse, with frequent travel to restaurants across the country. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, learn our systems inside and out, and eventually train others on how to use them. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the setup and deployment of restaurant technology systems, including POS platforms and kitchen video solutions
- Travel to restaurant sites during system go-live periods to provide on-site support and customer interface.
- Customize menus and system configurations based on client needs using proprietary software tools
- Collaborate with clients to define expectations and translate business needs into functional software solutions
- Provide training and guidance to restaurant staff on new systems and processes
- Act as a liaison between technical support, developers, and clients to ensure accurate implementation and prompt resolution of issues
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including travel schedules, client requirements, and service reports
- Support field technicians during system launches and help troubleshoot issues in real-time
- Contribute to internal improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and proposing solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Availability for flexible scheduling and regular travel (required).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to fly domestically (required).
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn software systems.
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry (front or back of house).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under pressure and resolving high-stress situations.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Focus POS (preferred).
- Background in helpdesk support or menu database management (preferred).
- Experience customizing software or working with restaurant technology vendors (preferred).
