Sales Support Specialist
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client support while helping drive business success? We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our high-performing Sales Support team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Sales Account Managers by coordinating and executing high-quality sales and marketing activities, assisting with client onboarding, and resolving client inquiries with precision and care.
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our client engagement process—ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service while helping to grow and maintain our expanding customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Support external sales team by servicing new and existing client accounts.
- Manage and respond to incoming client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Own client issues from initial report through resolution, ensuring timely and thorough follow-up.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues by diagnosing problems and identifying effective solutions. Configure and deploy point-of-sale (POS) software, apps, and devices.
- Manage vendor and reseller processes, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
- Collaborate with software development teams to test and validate new software releases.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Business or related field required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or marketing, preferably in a professional office setting.
