Headquartered in Russellville, KY, the company specializes in ongoing electrical maintenance and complex installations—ranging from routine service to high-voltage systems—for industrial plants and commercial facilities. The team takes pride in safety, precision, and professionalism.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of 30+ project managers, electricians, estimators, and admin staff.
- Set clear goals, hold your team accountable, and create a culture of performance and safety.
- Promote growth through coaching, recognition, and continuous improvement.
Operations Management
- Oversee all branch functions, from job scheduling to resource allocation.
- Ensure every project meets quality standards, timelines, and compliance.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of what’s happening day-to-day.
Talent & People Strategy
- Own recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for your branch.
- Drive employee engagement and handle performance evaluations and development plans.
- Create a workplace where people want to stay and grow.
Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage the branch’s budget, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Monitor job costing, productivity, and profitability.
- Drive revenue growth through operational efficiencies and new opportunities
Client & Community Relations
- Act as the face of the company in the Clarksville area
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Collaborate with leadership at headquarters and other regional branches.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Proven experience managing 15+ team members in a construction, industrial, or service-based field.
- Strong operational and financial management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to thrive in a high-responsibility, multi-tasking role.
Preferred:
- Experience in electrical contracting, commercial, or industrial construction.
- Knowledge of commercial/industrial project workflows and client expectations.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field.
