Outside Sales Representative – Payment Processing
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will focus on acquiring new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the payment processing industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in consultative sales, have a strong understanding of merchant services, and thrive in a target-driven, client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and sell payment processing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and payment technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably in financial services, payment processing, or technology solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
