Marketing Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
The primary function of the Marketing Coordinator is to build, manage, and grow Banc Card’s marketing program- including initiatives for Banc Card and its affiliated brands from the ground up. This role is responsible for creating marketing content, managing the overall brand, and supporting the sales team and bank partners. The Marketing Coordinator combines creative design, messaging, and project management to increase visibility, strengthen relationships, and drive growth across all Banc Card brands.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and maintain marketing assets including flyers, one-pagers, trade show collateral, and email templates.
- Manage website content and social media updates (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create and customize co-branded materials for bank partners and associations.Support new product launches through marketing initiatives.
- Assist with internal communications including announcements, newsletters, and highlight reels.
- Ensure consistent and professional branding across all materials and channels.
- Collaborate with sales and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of marketing experience preferred, including content creation, brand management, or digital marketing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong writing and design skills; proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
