Part Time Service Technician - Training & Licensing Provided
As a Field Technician, you are the front line in protecting our customers’ properties. You’ll manage a daily route, providing high-quality barrier treatments to eliminate ticks, fleas, and mosquitoes. This is an active, outdoor role perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and being rewarded for their efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Precision Treatments: Apply barrier sprays and granular treatments to lawns and perimeter "hot zones" (wood lines, tall grass, brush).
Property Inspections: Identify pest habitats and advise customers on how to reduce pest pressure (standing water, leaf litter, etc).
Equipment Mastery: Operate and maintain professional-grade equipment, including backpack blowers and high-pressure sprayers.
Route Management: Use our mobile app to navigate your daily route, log completed treatments, and track your production.
Safety & Service: Ensure 100% compliance with safety labels and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding pet and family re-entry times.
Requirements:
Reliability: You show up ready to hit the route and take pride in a job well done.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while carrying a backpack sprayer.
Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license and the ability to navigate local routes efficiently.
Great Communicator: Professional, friendly, and comfortable talking to customers.
