Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across our organization.
As a Project Manager, you will serve as the central point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. You will lead the full project lifecycle, set the standard for proactive planning, and provide clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities.
Assess project readiness and proactively identify potential roadblocks to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee daily project coordination, including scheduling, technician dispatch, and equipment deployment.
Maintain real-time visibility into project status and proactively communicate updates to internal teams and customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams, managing expectations and project scope.
Lead project meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address concerns, and maintain alignment.
Prioritize multiple projects based on urgency, resources, and customer needs while adjusting schedules as priorities shift.
Deliver accurate project reporting, including status updates, forecasts, and post-project evaluations.
Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Support field teams during critical project phases, including late-night or early-morning “live day” windows.
Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Prior experience as a Project Manager, ideally managing projects with multiple stakeholders and interdependent tasks.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, including project lifecycle and methodology.
Experience defining project scope, allocating resources, and driving projects to completion.
Demonstrated success working in fast-paced environments that require discipline, proactive planning, and strong follow-through.
