Property Manager (Multi-Site Leadership Role)
Build Better Communities. Lead with Purpose.
Property Manager (Multi-Site Leadership Role)
Location: Louisville, KY
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first Property Manager to lead operations across a small portfolio of residential communities in the Louisville area, including Kenwood, Woodlawn, Maple Run, and future acquisitions.
This is not a traditional single site property manager role. Instead, you’ll act as the operational “quarterback” for multiple locations- helping shape how things are done, improving processes, and driving a consistent, high-quality resident experience across sites.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments and is energized by building structure within a growing, developing team.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties
Supervise and support on-site teams (Leasing + Maintenance)
Serve as the escalation point for employee relations and operational issues
Hold teams accountable for performance, service standards, and results
Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to support development and engagement
Oversee leasing activity, pricing, and occupancy performance
Identify process gaps and implement improvements across sites
Monitor key performance metrics and property scorecards
Support lease-up activity and new property transitions
Partner closely with centralized operations, leasing, and maintenance teams
What We’re Looking For
We care more about mindset and leadership style than strict property management background.
You might be a great fit if you are:
A builder who enjoys improving systems and creating structure
Comfortable working in change and ambiguity
Naturally hospitality- and service-focused
Strong at problem-solving and root-cause thinking (not just firefighting issues)
Able to manage multiple priorities without needing heavy direction
Confident leading small teams and holding people accountable in a positive way
Someone who knows when to step in—and when to escalate
Preferred Background
Property management OR hospitality leadership (hotels, retail, service environments, etc.)
Experience managing multiple locations or teams
Exposure to lease-ups, turnovers, or new property launches
Strong people leadership experience (maintenance + leasing teams preferred)
Why This Role?
Be part of a growing organization with long-term expansion plans
Opportunity to help build and shape operational processes
Lead multiple properties instead of being limited to one site
Direct impact on both team performance and resident experience
Stable base with bonus potential
Apply If You're Looking To…
Step into a leadership role with real autonomy
Work in a fast-growing, evolving environment
Build systems instead of just following them
Make a direct impact on teams, residents, and operations
