Non- Profit Store Manager

Louisville, KY | Full-Time | $20/hour

We're looking for someone who doesn't just want to manage a store—they want to help build one.

As our Non- Profit Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations while helping shape the future of a growing retail operation. You'll have the opportunity to improve processes, build volunteer engagement, create inviting merchandise displays, and develop new ways to serve customers.

In This Role You'll

• Oversee all daily store operations

• Lead merchandising, pricing, and inventory management

• Manage cash handling and daily financial reporting

• Build relationships with customers and donors

• Recruit, schedule, and develop volunteers

• Help plan community events and promotions

• Support future online sales initiatives

• Keep the store organized, safe, and running efficiently

Ideal Background

• Retail management experience

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent customer service

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with POS systems

• Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
