Property Manager

Louisville, KY | Full-Time

We are hiring a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one residential community in Louisville.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can manage the business of the property while creating an exceptional experience for residents and building a strong, accountable team.

What You'll Own

• Property Operations: Oversee daily operations, property appearance, inspections, maintenance coordination, vendors, safety, and service delivery.

• Residents: Build strong resident relationships, respond to concerns, resolve issues, and create a welcoming community.

• Leasing & Occupancy: Support leasing, renewals, retention, and occupancy goals.

• Financial Performance: Monitor the property budget, control expenses, identify trends, and support overall property performance.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and develop Leasing and Maintenance staff while setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability.

• Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure the property operates in accordance with company policies and applicable housing requirements.

• Improvement: Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency and resident satisfaction.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.

• Property management experience preferred.

• Experience supervising and developing employees required.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to understand budgets, expenses, and operational performance.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software.

• A proactive, accountable approach to your work.
